As I was looking in the Transcona area, I knew that I wanted to use Jennifer Queen's team. I contacted their office, and Amy was the first to reach out. She was patient with me as we searched for my new to me home. This was over a 4 month period and Amy was extremely accessible, and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Even though this wasn't my first time purchasing a home, I felt comfortable with Amy as my agent. She was finding all sorts of things I had missed. ie// bulges in walls, interior and exterior, cracks and anything a home purchaser would be looking for. She did not hesitate to look "into" things that a lot of us don't think of. Should I end up selling, and looking to buy again, I will definitely be using Amy.

I am beyond satisfied with the services provided to us by Amy and her associates throughout the weeks we worked together to find and buy our first home. I’m military and got posted to Winnipeg with only a few months of notice. Then, we learned about the ban on all pitbull breeds within the city, which meant we couldn’t buy within city limits and most suburbs since we have a rescue that’s partly pitbull. Also, my wife still being a student, our budget was limited in the context of this year’s rapid inflation of the real-estate market. In short, things didn’t look good for us and I was doubtful we could find a house that met our criteria. In came Amy, whom we chose based on excellent reviews of her and her team. Through a professional and easy-to-use portal, she presented us with many fitting choices matching our needs. She was prompt to reply to our every question, and there were many since this was our first time buying a home. After a couple tries where we lost based on our budget limitations or houses selling within minutes of our inquiry, we found our home. Amy reached out immediately and arranged a tour, even though the owner wanted to sell privately and didn’t want to deal with a realtor. Amy showed us the house in great detail through video call (we’re moving from the maritimes and weren’t allowed to travel for a house hunting trip) and negotiated with the owner such that he agreed to work with her. She had an offer written up and submitted the same night, which the owner accepted the next morning. After our offer was accepted, the purchasing process was seemless and done entirely through online portals, which was ideal for our situation. We chose to deal with a lawyer Amy recommended and were entirely satisfied on that end as well. Even now that we’ve taken possession of the house, Amy is still making herself available to answer questions and check on the house until we arrive in Winnipeg. Thank you Amy! I highly recommend Jennifer. When we contacted her to sell my house about 6 months before we planned to and she came right away and patiently answered all my questions. We successfully sold our house and were happy with her knowledge, helpfulness and feedback. I was so grateful that she came to all the houses I wanted to look at.. they were located all over the place. We finally found the home for us and she worked quickly with us to put in an offer and it was accepted. We thank her and the team very much.

Working with Jennifer Queen to buy and sell was one of the best decisions we made. She was reasonable, realistic and level headed (when I wasn't!). We would often shoot her an email or text and she was always quick to respond. Jen is so knowledgeable, prepared, and easy to talk to. Whether you are building, buying or selling you will want Jennifer in your corner looking out for your interests. I started off looking at a new build with very specific requirements for a garage and Jen came prepared with tons of info and asked all the questions of the builders I hadn't even thought of asking. After a couple months of looking into and negotiating on a new build, I threw her a huge curveball when I found a house on the market outside the city and gave her very little notice that I wanted to tour the house. Jen was prepared with market data and sound advice while we toured, and we made an offer. I was impressed by how quickly she was able to change gears and all the small things she took care of like getting a sample of the well water tested so that it was ready for the bank. There was absolutely no pressure from her on what to offer - her concern was making sure that I was completely comfortable with my offer. I feel like that's such a rare quality to find in the real estate industry. On the selling side, she was equally fantastic to work with. The staging advice and photo/video marketing were great (thanks for loaning me the dining table!) and made the house show very well. She did an excellent job keeping me informed of showings and went into detail reviewing and comparing offers with me which made the entire process go smoothly. I highly recommend Jen - her friendliness, patience, communication and knowledge make her a pleasure to work with.
