We decided to work with Jennifer Queen after having a terrible selling experience with our former long-time agent. Once we started to work with Jennifer it was clear that we made the right choice as we were no longer stressed or guessing about what comes next. Jennifer is very professional and organized, she would reply promptly to our questions and we didn't have many questions as Jennifer is an amazing agent who keeps her clients in the loop at all times and properly manages expectations. When it came time to sell Jennifer provided sound advice and options to help us maximize our return while selling the property quickly. The paperwork left at the house for buyers to review was clean, well articulated, and free of advertisements of other services....other agents who charge the same rate as her will leave ads for so many companies in the home package that I question if they are there to sell my house or other services? I can go on about how great Jennifer Queen is at her job, let her show you how great she is at buying and selling properties. Don't be fooled by some of the smooth talking competitors who are no competition to Jennifer and her Queen Team. We are real client who have $22,000 extra in our pockets because of the work Jennifer did. We appreciate that and everything she brings to the table as an agent.

Jennifer was always available to answer any questions I may have had. She is professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I had Jennifer sell my house and also helped me buy a new home. She is great all round.
