<p>Jason Ruttan was our agent when we purchased our home in Wasaga Beach in 2008. While he was quite new to the business (as we discovered later) he was the ultimate service professional and helped us every step of the way. We looked at a large number of homes over an almost 6 month period with never a complaint from Jason. We could not have received better service from any other agent in town.<br /> When we decided to return to the city in 2014, we tried to sell our home privately at first. Even then, Jason offered us advice on the sale. When we finally listed with Jason after a month or so, he was right there to help us and started showings immediately. Because of Jason's service and advice, we were able to set the standard for selling price for houses of our square footage.<br /> We would heartily recommend Jason Ruttan to anyone seeking real estate help in the Wasaga Beach Collingwood area. He is the ultimate professional.</p>
