At our first meeting, Janeen took us through her thorough neighbourhood research to give us a good idea of the value of our property. She staged our condo to maximum appeal and with a deft touch, all the while letting us know how the property was showing and suggested any changes she thought may improve it just that little bit more. Her marketing strategy extended beyond the usual channels to include social media and she found the right buyer at a tough time to sell. We could not be happier with the results and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
