Janeen was so knowledgeable and patient in helping me find & purchase my first rental property. She thought of so many things I had not thought of when choosing a rental property to invest in. Once I had decided to go for the perfect property, she also helped me find a great home inspector and mortgage broker to work with to make the process seamless.

We started working with Janeen end of September 2021. We are building our first house, so all lot of this process was new to us but Janeen was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. One of the things we love about working with Janeen is that makes herself available based on our needs and is quick to respond. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for you! Janeen is very helpful and listens to what you need and are looking for. I feel that she makes sure that your happy with your purchase and doesn't pressure you if you are not 100% percent comfortable. She is some I would refer to others.

She used that knowledge to match potential properties to view. If we were extremely interested in viewing a house, she booked the view as soon as possible, sometime even last minute. She showed us many properties and was patient with us and never pressured us to buy quickly. She was thorough when viewing the properties and pointed out potential issues she saw as well. She used her connections with electricians and plumbers to find out the potential cost of repairs and if it’s worthwhile to purchase the property. After looking at many many houses, we found our dream home that checks all our boxes and we couldn't be happier. We recommended Janeen Tinker to everyone we know. She is an amazing realtor who will work VERY hard for each and every client. She is a genuine person, hard working and great at what she does.
