Janeen sold my mom’s house in April, she was kind, patient and a great communicator throughout the process. She worked for my mom but kept me in the loop through the entire process so that I could support mom as things came up or required our attention. I would highly recommend Janeen as a real estate agent, I appreciated her willingness to assist with all the little things that were outside her job.

She was diligent in ensuring the time to market was right, and that the photographs and little details that make a difference, were taken care of. She was thorough in communications. I always knew what was going on, and she was prompt with responses to all inquiries. Janeen was also a real pleasure to deal with. She did an amazing job for us in the past and that made it an easy choice to work with her again. I thoroughly recommend Janeen - it just seems like she's always working a little bit harder for you.

All I can say is Wow. Janeen knows her real estate regulations and what’s involved with purchasing a condo in Edmonton. She goes above and beyond in answering our questions and looking into properties for us. The process was painless and she is so pleasant. Always friendly and quick to get responses back. If we sell and buy another property in Edmonton or surrounding area we will be using her services.
