Janeen is absolutely amazing!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. We ended up using her services for both the sale of our home and purchase of our new home, all within a month timeframe. She is very understanding, she listened to our needs and wants, and she was exceptional with communication and updates. She was extremely flexible for viewings no matter the time or location. She illustrated professionalism at all times, she was knowledgeable with negotiating, and things to be mindful of throughout the entire process from both ends (lawyers, utilities, inspection, timeframes, preparing ahead, etc). We never felt any pressure from her, and always felt she had our best interests in mind.

We can't say enough about Janeen. She first helped sell our place in record time, with great advice for staging and little details that I'm sure had a positive impact and gave us an edge on comparable properties. All stages of the process were explained so well, and she replaced overwhelming feelings with confidence and excitement. We originally looked for certain properties within Sherwood Park, and after looking at quite a few, we changed our minds and decided to pursue out of town. There was a lot of driving, sometimes nearly an hour from the city, and though some showings were later in the evenings or weekends, she made us a priority. When it came to negotiating on the sale of our previous home, or the purchase of the new one, Janeen laid our the pro's and con's, offered great advice, and always left us feeling reassured we were making the right decision. She also made us feel like family with thoughtful housewarming gifts, and her network of home inspectors, lawyers, etc. are second to none. We don't plan on moving for decades as she's helped us find our dream home. If we do, we know who contact.

During our 6-month search for the perfect house we were grateful to have Janeen as our realtor. She brought a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the process, was always available to answer questions, was proactive and attentive. Janeen is an excellent communicator: she sent us frequent market updates, was able to arrange viewings at short notice, responded quickly to texts and emails. And last but not least, we enjoyed her company because she is kind, cheerful and never put any pressure on us. We highly recommend Janeen to anyone who needs a truly caring realtor.
