From start to finish we found my dream home within weeks of contacting him - even in tough bidding war type transactions. Our situation was unique and it was truly a "right place, right time" type of scenario. James was on the ball - available around the clock to my every question and concern, and without judgment. He not only helped me find my dream home - but provided valuable information outside his scope as a realtor - he truly went above and beyond for me and provided me with many resources which helped make me a home owner today!
