James is a truly incredible person and an outstanding agent. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he also is kind and genuine. There aren’t many realtors that will offer so much helpful advice which leads to fantastic results. He helped my husband and I sell our apartment and also buy a house in the same month. He worked tirelessly. He resolved any issues that came up, and made sure we had everything we needed in order to both buy and sell. He was so easy to work with, very communicative and honest. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with the results. And he’s one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. He truly goes above and beyond. I would recommend him a thousand times over! If you value an honest, hardworking and personable agent that can sell then definitely work with James. He’s amazing.

James was amazing from start to finish. As we were first time home buyers, he made sure to take the time to walk us through every detail. He has extensive industry knowledge and many connections, which have been very helpful during our renovations. We felt comfortable and never pressured. He stayed up late to ensure our offer went through with international sellers, and even helped us negotiate to take possession a day early prior to me leaving town. Amazing! <p>Well first of all James has a very personable personality & kept us stress-free with his experience & really listening to us that first, we were interested in finding a home on the islands first before selling our downtown condo. Some agents we dealt with were more interested in just selling the condo. We did find one on Cortes Island & because of James he developed a great relationship with the agent who was selling the property. Normally he does not like dealing with Vancouver agents but James's personality made the difference. He also recommended the price we made as a offer & it was accepted.
