To whom it may concern, We contracted James for our most recent dealings on the west coast; we have never been more pleased with a commercial realtor experience. He is not only an amazing person but exceptional at what he does and very detail oriented. He skill set for negotiation is stellar and he didn't miss anything. <p>Well first of all James has a very personable personality & kept us stress-free with his experience & really listening to us that first, we were interested in finding a home on the islands first before selling our downtown condo. Some agents we dealt with were more interested in just selling the condo. We did find one on Cortes Island & because of James he developed a great relationship with the agent who was selling the property. Normally he does not like dealing with Vancouver agents but James's personality made the difference. He also recommended the price we made as a offer & it was accepted.
