There are a lot of lazy and unprofessional realtors out there. James is NOT one of them. He works hard and goes the extra mile to get the right results for you. He’s always taking the time to get to know everyone and to learn and adapt to each situation in order to provide the best outcome. He will go to bat for you and all you have to do is touch home plate. Highly recommended!

Realtor on Autopilot! We talked to quite a few realtors before we decided to give the task to sell our Yaletown condo to James Litman. James was the only one where we felt genuinely comfortable because from the very beginning he spent much time to understand our needs, our preferences and limitations to what we were willing to do and agree to during the transaction. He really sweated the details and kept all of these matters under control. Once James reaches altitude in the selling (or buying...) process everything runs on Autopilot, preparing the condo, organized schedules, marketing activities on traditional and social media. As a result we sold fast and James generated a significant amount of interested buyer traffic. Not a small achievement in today's difficult market conditions. Communication skills were great and we always felt in the loop. On top of all, he is a very nice guy and pleasant to work with. James was an absolute delight to work with. After a half an hour discussion, he was able to narrow down a couple dozen listings for us to go through. Even though at the end of the day, we chose the 1st listing we found, he was adamant we see several other ones so we would "know" for sure. And we couldn't be happier with our new home.
