<p>For the buying of our new home:<br /> Jadah was very good at helping us navigate what ended up being an insanely hot market. Specifically accommodating our requests to see homes at the last minute (which was necessary because the homes we were looking at were typically only on the market for less than a day). She listened to our needs and was good at identifying homes that would fit our needs which meant less time visiting homes pointlessly.<br /> She was knowledgeable about the buying process, gave us detailed explanations along the way, and helped us to make an educated offer that she then negotiated into a successful purchase!</p> <p>For the selling of our existing home:<br /> Jadah helped us by assessing comparable, arranging photos, and giving us sound advice on how to stage the house. Ultimately we ended up selling at only 2,000 below asking and in the same day that the house was listed.</p> <p>It was a great experience both buying and selling with Jadah and I would definitely recommend her!</p>

Jadah was an outstanding tea estate agent to work with both for the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. Jadah was available basically 24/7, she took all of our concerns and desires in finding a new house and was able to narrow our search to properties that fit us. When it came to negotiating the sale price of our home Jadah did a ridiculous amount of research to show us why she came up the number she did so we felt confident in listing. Not only did we sell our home in 1 day. We sold it only $2000 below what we listed it for. I cannot recommend Jadah enough, her hard work, shrewd negotiating style and ability to really hear her clients needs were nothing short of phenomenal!
