Her passion towards the whole process is incredible, her positive actitud during the downs and resilience during the up. Part of the process was completed while I was out of town and still was all smoothly. Excellent professional with real and tangible results.

Jadah was extremely knowledgeable about the complex our condo is in. She was well-versed in dealing with condo documents and very helpful when questions needed to be answered by the property managers, whom she had a well cultivated relationship with. When came time for negotiations Jadah exceeded our expectations and was able to negotiate an excellent sale price. Jadah guided us through all the conditions that needed to be met, recommended a handyman, and a lawyer. All in all a very positive experience. I highly recommend Jadah.

We have bought and sold several houses in the past few years. Jadah is, by far, the best gent we have ever used. She is knowledgable, enthusiastic and diligent. She is an excellent communicator and she never fails to complete the tasks she agreed to. She attention to detail is amazing. She has a good supply of contractors and handymen who will provide essential services or repairs quickly and efficiently. She stayed in constant communication, by phone, text and email, during the entire process. Unlike other agents we have used, Jadah was realistic in the price recommendation; she did not promise the moon.
