I can't say enough about Jadah. From the beginning of our professional relationship, Jadah, took every aspect seriously and conducted all encounters with integrity, attention and honesty. She was available to me 99% of the time, otherwise I received a prompt call back. As with many things, unexpected situations arise and either buyer or seller ask for special accommodation. My realtor, Jadah, was in full control with stellar advice, recommendations and experienced negotiation skills. There are many, many realtors in Calgary making large promises and falling into the hands of a self serving dishonest realtor happens daily. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jadah in our quest to find the perfect home. She helped us understand how to go about buying a house with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. During each of our viewings Jadah would provide us information on if any work is required in the future like roof shingles, and commenting on quality of construction, finish, appliances, neighbourhood, accessibility, etc. Jadah always answered our every call and email no matter what time of day and night it was. She led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we are comfortable with. Jadah has been amazing and went through great lengths to help us find our home. I can’t begin to explain how lucky we feel to have had Jadah as our realtor for both our sale and purchase. To sell a condo in a market where there are MANY others which have been up for an extended period of time is one thing…. But to sell ours in 6 days with only 1 showing- huge! Add on a less than 2 week- sale- purchase- move out- and possession of a new home- this lady is a rockstar. She went Above and Beyond to help us in our quick and pressing time frame.
