Jadah helped us navigate todays complex market conditions in Calgary by helping us sell our Acadia home. She gave us expert staging advice, minor renovation suggestions, and spent a lot of her time with us discussing strategy. We were thrilled we listened to all of her suggestions, as we sold our home for $40,000 above list price!!!!! If we had selected a different realtor we may have left tens of thousands of dollars on the table. Not only that but she helped with the negotiation process where we could have also lost a significant amount of money with some minor repairs. We are so thankful and will be referring her to our friends and family! You can’t find a better realtor to help you with selling your home!

She also handled all the negotiations with the selling realtor like a boss & ensuring I got exactly what I needed and we ended up being successful with the offer thanks to her persistence. She was on top of everything and accommodating with signing everything virtually, which was so convenient while I travelled! She also made sure that all conditions were going to be met on time. Jadah was extremely knowledgeable about the complex our condo is in. When came time for negotiations Jadah exceeded our expectations and was able to negotiate an excellent sale price. Jadah guided us through all the conditions that needed to be met, recommended a handyman, and a lawyer. All in all a very positive experience. I highly recommend Jadah.
