<p><br /> Jacki is very professional and she knows the market very well. She has different strategies for different houses. This is the second time that Jacki sold our house in less than a week at very good.</p> <p>I would recommend Jacki to anyone who is looking for an agent.</p>

<p>Jackie Lam was not only acutely knowledgeable about the market and area, but extremely professional, kind, courteous, and VERY efficient. Her organization and positive attitude had us on task. (Within a week we were able to prep our home, and SOLD the following week! Yup, she's that good.) What stood out to us the most about Jackie was her strategies and the way she handles her clients. For strategy: Not only did she have a plan, but a back up plan as well. For how she handled us, her clients: Selling a home that we absolutely loved was emotional. Jackie was courteous, attentive to our thoughts and concerns, and gave us options that we were comfortable with. Jackie's genuine nature showcased a smooth and calm experience which made the selling of our first home a wonderful experience.With her expertise we were very happy with the direction the process, sale and closing went in. <p>When me and my husband Dave first purchased our condo a year ago, we hired a realtor that was well known back in the day and recommended to us for selling my moms house.<br /> Unfortunately our experience at that time around wasn't the best and we were sure that later on when we sold not to rehire.<br /> When it did come time to sell our condo a year or so later, I remember one day driving down my street, and I saw Jackie Lam signs almost every two blocks. Im almost positive I remember seeing a sign go up with her face on it every 2 weeks!<br /> I turned to Dave and said, 'this is our realtor! '<br /> Sure enough meeting Jackie became the BEST experience ever!<br /> We got along great with her and<br /> she was on the ball from the very beginning.<br /> Always returning our phone calls, or text,<br /> Always reassuring us when we had silly questions to ask,<br /> And when there were times we had a fear of not selling our place in time?<br /> I remember when voicing our concerns, and she would just laugh it off ,all confident and whatnot, and say 'il sell this, don't you worry'<br /> And sure enough, she did!<br /> Jackie Lam IS the best choice to sell your home and if you want someone to work with you , someone who actually returns your phone calls within a day, and knows what you want?
