With Jacki’s help, my fiancé and I recently purchased our first home together. The “house-hunting” process was quite daunting but Jacki supported us every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and flexible. She always gave us her honest and educated opinion. She was able to work around our busy schedules to help us find our home. It was the best experience I could ask for!

I was immensely impressed with Jacki's responsiveness, openness, integrity and trying to ensure - at every step in the process - that my (her client's) needs came first. She made sure that she invested the time in trying to understand exactly what my requirements for a new home were and then ensured that those requirements were met. All showings and suggestions came with a personal touch as well as a market comparatives. Once we had made an offer (that was accepted), she also ensured that all aspects of the final parts of the process were executed efficiently and effectively. Both she - and Chester were a pleasure to work with and certainly come highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase. I'd certainly use them again.
