<p>I've crossed paths with many real estate brokers/agents in the past and none can compare with my most recent experience with Jacki Lam. As a client, it's natural expect the bare minimum deliverables. But with Jacki, you can tell she carries herself with both professionalism and a wealth of experience. She acts fast and her passion to deliver value to her clients enables her to be among the very best in the industry. Jacki has an extensive network of professionals and never holds back giving her clients value-added insights and guidance.......even on the details that one thought was originally minor. And when you sum all of this, the result is a lot of expected value from Jacki's services AND a delightful experience. <p>Jacki helped us buy our first home! It was a difficult process as first-time home buyers, but she was calm and encouraging through the whole process. Based on her reviews and reputation, my husband and I knew that she would be reliable, professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable. There is a reason she is rated so highly in her field; she is an absolute pleasure to work with.</p> <p>Jacki is a force to be reckoned with. For example, she helped us to understand the community, the market value of the house and what we should offer. We were also very pleased to get the sellers down to the lowest possible price with her strong ability to negotiate. When she wrote up the offer, Jacki had our best interests in mind the whole time. She wrote conditions on the offer that even we had not thought of (which impressed us) but also again protected our interests.</p> <p>Our appreciation continued to grow as the process went on. For example, on inspection day, Jacki showed up 15 minutes early and took lots of notes while the inspector spoke. That afternoon, she went back to the listing agent to negotiate things that the seller needed to do for us. Ultimately, they agreed to the terms and those were added to our offer which was a great bonus. Another example was when our mortgage unexpectedly took 3 extra business days to finalize. I really don’t know how she did it, but she was able to keep the other party/agent calm as they agreed to ‘wait with us’ a few extra days.</p> <p>All in all, Jacki was always a text message, email or phone call away. As I said earlier, as first time home buyers, there is the added anxiety, but Jacki always kept in open communication and was able to answer any of my many questions I had. If you are looking for a calm, easy to work with, trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Jacki for all your help. We truly appreciate it.</p>

<p>Jacki was able to sell our house in 5 days in a market that was cooling off at a fast rate and was very unpredictable. Jacki was very honest, professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She always kept us up to date and her communication was excellent.
