Irina was amazing during my condo search! Very knowledgeable on all the areas we visited and set up showings super quickly. Once the purchase went through she also helped get the new property rented super quick. Always a pleasure working with her and my family has worked with her several times in the past as well.

Irina was great. We had a relatively complex multi-family purchase situation that changed over time, and we started out without much knowledge of where or what we wanted, and she calmly and positively guided us through the purchase. She also gave us great introductions to associated professionals (mortgage, contractor, home inspector, etc) that we were very happy with.

Irina guided me through the process of selling and she was able to keep me grounded when I was stressing about the process of preparing to sell. She provided excellent service in taking care of items such as staging, electrical, donations and inspection, I did not have to worry about anything. She is personable and professional in all respects and my daughter, who has had Irina as her agent for a purchase in 2015 and buy/sell this June, and myself are truly pleased with the results of her being our agent. I would and have highly recommended her.
