Irina was our rock in times of trouble and our shelter in the storm during that tumultuous period in late spring of 2022. She confidently guided us through listings and showings with her keen eye and intimate knowledge of the neighbourhood and took into account not only our needs as a growing family but also our limitations. When we found "the" place she quickly arranged for all the comfort we needed to put in an offer and got us what we needed in our successful bid. She was then able to get our existing place staged and ready to show in an extremely short window of time and held our hands through the extremely nerve-wracking process when offers were drying up. With Irina you aren't just getting a knowledgeable, committed and highly competent real estate agent, you are also getting someone who wants to get to know you and your family so as to serve your needs better and is always there to listen and respond. We couldn't recommend Irina enough!

Over the past 10 years, we had a number of purchase/sale transactions with Irina. She has always stayed on the top of things, diligently reviewed and drew our attention to various items to be considered in each transaction. She has amazing communication skills and high level of professionalism dealing with her clients and other party, always looking after her clients' needs. Irina did an amazing job working with contractors and staging companies to bring our properties to the best sellable condition. I am very happy and satisfied with the services provided by Irina in the 3 real estate transactions undertaken since 2015. She is good in pricing a property - attractive enough for a buyer and acceptable for a seller. My properties were sold not long after putting them in the market. She also referred my real estate lawyer and stagers. She is hard-working, respectful, not pushy, ethical and trustworthy. In my latest transaction which closed in December, 2022, I received an offer the same week I placed the property in the market.
