If you are looking for an agent who is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and personable, look no further, Irina is the agent for you. She makes it a point to get to know all the aspects of the neighbourhoods being considered, including things you may not think of. She is meticulous when it comes finishes inside the home as well as outside the home - a level of detail you really want in someone who is helping you. Irina also promptly responds to any questions or concerns you may have, no matter what time of the day it is. Irina also helped sell our home and I echo the same things said above. She advised us on how to stage our home and when the ideal time was to list. In this market, this is knowledge someone definitely needs to have. She even got an Alexa for the home so potential buyers could hear information about the home. She went above and beyond and her effort paid off because our home sold in 3 days at a record price. Irina was amazing during my condo search! Very knowledgeable on all the areas we visited and set up showings super quickly. Once the purchase went through she also helped get the new property rented super quick. Always a pleasure working with her and my family has worked with her several times in the past as well.
