Over the past 10 years, we had a number of purchase/sale transactions with Irina. She has always stayed on the top of things, diligently reviewed and drew our attention to various items to be considered in each transaction. She has amazing communication skills and high level of professionalism dealing with her clients and other party, always looking after her clients' needs. Irina did an amazing job working with contractors and staging companies to bring our properties to the best sellable condition. She always did the necessary research on neighborhood, provided her expertise on points for our consideration. Irina has an extensive experience in offering and closing deals. She is always so proactive on many things, it is beyond belief. We were very happy with Irina's services and would recommend her to any potential client without a moment of hesitation.

I am very happy and satisfied with the services provided by Irina in the 3 real estate transactions undertaken since 2015. She is good in pricing a property - attractive enough for a buyer and acceptable for a seller. My properties were sold not long after putting them in the market. She advised us on how to stage our home and when the ideal time was to list. In this market, this is knowledge someone definitely needs to have. She even got an Alexa for the home so potential buyers could hear information about the home. She went above and beyond and her effort paid off because our home sold in 3 days at a record price.
