He had a strategy...when to list, the price to list , and when to close the offers. It worked and we had multiple offers!! Even my lawyer said Holden had done a great job!! Holden listened to what i needed and made the entire process of purchasing a home extremely easy. I never felt any pressure from Holden and he was kind to arrange showing and provide the information i requested. I would recommend him to friends and family and to anyone who is looking for an agent for the purchase of their next home. Excellent service all around.

Holden helped me thru the process of selling my home, explained what to expect during the sale & how to prepare prior to listing as well as helping me find a lawyer to complete the sale. Holden kept me informed throughout process, and worked outside regular hours to accommodate my schedule. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
