<p>We purchased a large estate property that had some latent issues that Holden was able to identify and utilize as negotiable items in our price. Possession was also an issue with the previous owners no longer acting together on the sale and Holden handled the delicacy of that situation very professionally.</p>

He was quick to respond, and always had time for me. If Holden did not have an answer for one of my questions, he did whatever it took to find it for me. Recently I purchased a new home and did not hesitate to contact Holden. Again he went above and beyond, what I have seen other realtors do. He knew what I wanted and what I could afford, and he fought to get the best house for the best price possible. Something I especially appreciated about Holden is his honesty and integrity. It shows! He knows the business and does not mislead you in any way. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, but with Holden as my realtor, it was not a nerve-racking experience. He enters your home as a professional, but he leaves as a friend.</p>
