<p>Holden was really professional and helpful throughout the purchase. With his help I was able to find a desirable condo in a couple of weeks. I would recommend him to anyone else who's looking for a reliable agent.</p>

<p>My husband and I would highly recommend for anyone who is deciding to sell or buy house to use Holden Engley. He is very respectful to not only us as clients but our home as well. He made us feel like part of team by always letting us know what was happening and he always went above and beyond to make our children included too! Holden always gave good advice and he fought to get us the best deal no matter what the time was he didn't stop!!. Extremely respectful, polite truthful and very straight forward which we really liked as his clients. So again we highly recommend Holden and would have him again anytime as our realtor!</p>

<p>Holden Engley took it upon himself to have a drone fly over our land and complete an Ariel view video of our property. He never once asked to lower the price when it took a long time to sell. He placed a very large sign at the highway and a regular sign at the driveway.</p>

<p>Holden was fantastic. He was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about everything and throughout the entire process. He always remained professional and we never felt pressured during negotiations. I would use him again for sure and recommend him to my friends.</p>

<p>I used Holden to sell a property in Rosslyn. He had great expertise on the price point for the property and we were able to go into multiple offers after the first weekend it was on the market. The first accepted offer ended up falling apart and we again went into multiple offers the next day and were sold very quickly for over 98% of list price! I was very pleased with the whole process!</p>
