<p><br /> Holden was excellent negotiating with the owners for us. He was honest and let us know if he thought our offer was appropriate or not. He was prompt with any paper work that was needed. He had suggestions for financing though we did have that arranged with our bank. He arranged for the home inspection and had the inspector walk us through the home and point out any deficiencies. He kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and was there with the keys when we took possession.</p>

My experience with Holden was very good. He guided us through the whole selling period. Gave us plenty of time on the showings. Good suggestions on the offers we had. Overall was an asset.

We were very pleased with the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Holden was honest and upfront with my wife and I about what to expect regarding the asking price for our home. He pointed out the problems with over pricing and helped us reach a decision on a reasonable price for our old home which helped us get a fairly quick sale. He was willing to negotiate for us on both the purchase and sale of the homes. Very satisfied with both. He didn't lead us on thinking that we could get more for our home than what it was worth. He made suggestions as to how to make our home more presentable to buyers. He went the extra mile by doing a video of our house for the website which showed our home in it's best light. When we bought our new home he knew the area and was able to tell us some of the pros and cons of where we were buying. He was also able to help us weed out some houses that didn't meet our criteria and made suggestions on others. He was prompt for appointments to view homes as well as "asking" us when we wanted to let our home be viewed. He had a ready list of knowledgeable home inspectors check out our home for us which made the home inspection much more relaxing. He let us know all along the process what needed to be done and let us know when things were done. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you Holden.
