When we started thinking of selling our late mother's condo, we interviewed three potential realtors. Heather impressed us then, and continued to impress us more and more as time went on. From our experience, we would describe the Heather & Brandon team with words like: professional, knowledgeable, capable, conscientious, patient, punctual, detail oriented, and excellent communications and people skills. They also provided extraordinary customer service. We live out of province which presented certain logistical challenges. Heather & Brandon stepped up and dealt with some of those challenges on our behalf, even though it fell outside of the usual scope of a realtor. And they willingly did so even as they had full lives of their own. Heather & Brandon truly went above and beyond what we could have hoped for in our realtors. They are definitely people you want on your side of a transaction.

Heather and Brandon took such great care of us throughout the process in buying our first home. They took the extra time to educate us on all the things to watch out for from beginning to end. Super thorough while vetting strata documents, and very quick to reply to any questions we emailed or texted. We are so happy with how everything turned out.

Heather and Brandon are the best realtors that you could ask for. Highly knowledgable, responsive 24/7 (I’m talking 11pm texts!), and a genuine care that far exceeds expectations. We chose Heather and Brandon because they took the time to educate us at the very beginning, as new homeowners, and had the go-go-go attitude that we knew we would need. And we were right - with their help we found our first home after only 2 weeks of viewings. We couldn't be happier! Heather also gave great advice about how to spruce up the place for safety, aesthetics, and resale value. Brandon spent probably TONS of hours going through strata documents in such detail and providing comprehensive notes that gave us confidence and peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend HofVan to anyone who is serious about finding the right property.
