<p>We were selling our property and moving to Victoria so some of the above questions were not really applicable to our situation (Heather did not have to provide info to us regarding the neighbourhood and did not have to point out flaws in a property as we were not buying). Heather was very easy to get hold of and was able to deal with all of our concerns in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Heather if you are thinking of buying or selling a property.</p>

She provided us with very useful insights into the neighbourhoods, her network of contacts to help with banking, insurance, decorating and renovations.
