<p>I highly recommend Heather Davis to be your agent. She was fantastic to work with and went well beyond what we expected of an agent. She was always well prepared and organized, quickly learning about our likes and dislikes to help focus our search. She made the process of finding a house as painless as it can be. However, this was not merely a real estate transaction in her eyes. She provided us with very useful insights into the neighbourhoods, her network of contacts to help with banking, insurance, decorating and renovations. She has been there when we've had questions, even a month after the sale. Being new to the province, we had a lot of questions that directly and indirectly related to the sale of the house. She answered them all or provided us with a contact who could answer them. She provided excellent and tireless sale and after - sale support. She did a great job finding us the house we wanted and getting us on our way to making it our home. Thanks Heather!</p>

<p>Very much in a buyers market and slumping Calgary economy so not a good time to be trying to sell. Great deal of work required on this 21 year old house to get it ready to list. Heather exceptional in assisting with obtaining qualified trades people at reasonable prices, something I would not have been able to do on my own. Heather also very involved in choosing new flooring, etc to remodel the home. Also impressed with her continued involvement to ensure conitional items of the sale are being completed.</p>

Her approach to advertising and usage of social media to entice new buyers was impressive.
