Heather responded to my request in a very timely fashion. She provided her experience and advice about what needed to be done to the property to maximize profits. When I questioned the return she was able to show me the stats and I was convinced. In addition she helped manage the contractors that were part of my home improvements. Each of the contractors performed with exceptional results. They quoted the job and they stuck to their quote regardless of some additional found work. I would recommend Heather as your agent and I know from experience my home sold with a day and grossed an amount which well exceeded the asking price.
