My experience dealing with Heather far exceeded my expectations. As a non-resident of Canada living abroad, I was worried about trying to sort out a house sale from afar. From start to finish, Heather handled everything in a very professional manner and I quickly learned she would take care of everything and there was no need for me to make the trip to Canada at any stage as all was handled remotely. Her advice was spot on and her knowledge and experience were very apparent and resulted in my house selling for the asking price within hours of being listed. I couldn't have asked for a smoother sale and it is obvious that Heather knows the market and what is needed to ensure the house sells for top dollar. Her attention to detail made the difference and I am quite certain the house would not have sold at the price it did if I had used a different agent.
