<p>I really appreciated the work that was put into the investigation and comparison of comparable homes in my area to accurately list my home. A full booklet of similar homes was provided vs. just verbal information. This ensured me that i were listing my home at a reasonable price.</p>

<p>We had met with Heather Davis close to a year prior to moving because we were contemplating it, she was happily came over and gave us a really good idea of what we could sell for, and gave us a few ideas as far as small renovations to help maximize the sale. We decided at the time to wait to sell and Heather was very supportive of our decision. The following year we were ready to sell and had spoken to Heather again, she was incredibly easy to work with. Her knowledge of the area we were selling in and moving into was very impressive, her outgoing personality and dedication to working hard for her clients is refreshing. We had a few stressful moments during the selling portion of our move and Heather was available and handled it all for us without us having to worry. We were working with a very short time frame and Heather was able to not only sell, but find us our dream home. I highly recommend Heather Davis to anyone considering buying or selling a home.</p>
