Firstly, we would like to thank RE/MAX Team PALIWAL for their exceptional service. This is the 2nd experience with them and it was amazing as always :). Since we didn't have any prior experience with investment property, we were hesitant to go for one, but Gyanesh Paliwal and Yousef Guirgis made sure to brief us about investment property. They not only educated about the investment property but also told us the importance of getting the property at this point of time. Since this is our 1st investment property we were having hundreds of questions and they patiently answered each one of them with facts. As always they went above and beyond and our experience was just great. During the showing, Yousef explained what needs to be considered while getting an investment property and he monitored the property fom investor's point of view. Team Paliwal also negotiated the terms and price from the buyer's point of view when needed. Even after the agreement was finalized they discussed with the lawyer on the next steps. We had a pleasure of working with RE/MAX Team Paliwal in 2022 by buying 2 investment properties. We did the 3rd transaction with the team at the end of FY2022 and it was once again a wonderful experience. Pankaj Bajaj as always guided us as per our price range and whatever properties we liked, Pankaj shared the demographics and properties sold in that area within few minutes to decide further on the properties.
