It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Akanksha and Gyanesh Paliwal of RE/MAX Team Paliwal. What started as a relationship with our real estate broker quickly evolved into a personal connection. The team has a deep understanding of the housing market but what stood out was always their attention to our unique needs. Gyanesh and Akanksha took out time to educate us as first time home buyer about the process of searching and purchasing a home before diving into the real home hunt. I wanna share my experience with Re/Max, Gyanesh Paliwal and his team, when the idea of buying house came up in our minds, we called Remax team Paliwal they explained everything in details, and kept following up with us till we made the decision to buy the house, then we met Gyanesh Paliwal, and they did everything to make us understand all the details of buying house as that was our first time, then the journey of viewing houses started, we visited tens of them in different places, they gave us opinion about each house, if any of them is in bad location or has something bad, they right away told us about it, then we came to the point that we found the house that we loved, they made everything possible to ensure we are getting that house, and we got it, and it is really a very nice one, they kept supporting us till the closing date, and even after, they are still supporting and helping us even after we bought the house, if you really want a very professional, patient, and nice Relator, i highly recommend Gyanesh Paliwal and his team, i just wanted to share my experience with you, and thank Gyanesh Paliwal and his team that supported us.

As a first time homeowner, I have the highest recommendation for RE/MAX Team Paliwal! From the start of my search to the final signing of my home, I had the full support from both Pankaj & Gyanesh Paliwal. My first meeting Team Leader Gyanesh Paliwal was very informative and useful. Gyanesh was always available for guidance and advise and he is a great negotiator. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects and fought “tooth and nail” to get the best deal for me (even when it seemed unfeasible). They were also always available at a moment’s notice to meet with me which is important knowing how fast the Toronto-GTA market moves. Typically, a lot of “first-timer buyers” have regrets because they feel they rushed into a property. This was not the case as Gyanesh & Pankaj made sure my “wants and needs” were a top priority, no matter how challenging the real estate market seemed. Throughout the process, I could always rely on their great advice & unparalleled experience as the buying process was uncharted territory for me. The Paliwal team is also a “one stop shop” as they have a curated list of home inspectors, lawyers, contractors etc. which were cost-effective and great in their own rights (which made it easy for me).
