<p>Buying a house was a big decision for us. The Toronto market was really booming with sky rocket prices and at one time we even felt that we might have to give up the plan. But Team Paliwal really did a wonderful job. Right from our first meet till the closing, their service was excellent. Being first buyers we didn't know what to expect and we had a lot of questions. Gyanesh came to our rescue answering our many questions and walking us through the process. We must say our needs were well understood and executed. His knowledge of the industry, service and care of our well being surpassed all of our expectations. We would highly recommend Team Paliwal to anyone searching for a home as you will not be disappointed. <p>Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal and his team assisted me with the purchase of my very first home. He is a true professional, who is highly experienced and very patient – one of the qualities hard to find in many real estate agents today. We went and looked at various different condos over a period of 2-3 months, and he was always very happy and eager to show them to me, in spite of what day and time I requested for – Not to mention, his office is at least 45 minutes from the area I was looking to purchase in.</p> <p>He always provided valuable advice, but at the same time, provided me the freedom to make my own independent decisions. Lastly, he is also a very sharp negotiator and it is safe to say that he will not leave any money on the table, whether you are buying or selling.
