This is our first house purchase in Canada after having rented in Montreal for almost 4 years. We did not have any experience of the Ontario / Toronto market. At the outset – Gyanesh Paliwal and Pankaj Bajaj of RE/MAX ensured that they explained to us the process in detail; in our very first meeting with them. Post which Pankaj spent a lot of time understanding all our housing needs., we found him to be very patient and he worked with us as long as we needed, in order to secure a house in the area of our interest. In summary - both Gyaneshji and Pankaj are very reliable Real Estate Agents to work with specially in the difficult to navigate GTA real estate market. We are satisfied with team Paliwal and would recommend them to others looking to buy a house in GTA.

His sharp negotiation skills and strong grip on the market gave me the confidence to choose him for the sale of my brand new house in Kitchener.
