We had a pleasure of working with RE/MAX Team Paliwal in 2022 by buying 2 investment properties. We did the 3rd transaction with the team at the end of FY2022 and it was once again a wonderful experience. Pankaj Bajaj as always guided us as per our price range and whatever properties we liked, Pankaj shared the demographics and properties sold in that area within few minutes to decide further on the properties. This is our first house purchase in Canada after having rented in Montreal for almost 4 years. We did not have any experience of the Ontario / Toronto market.
