We worked with RE/MAX Team Paliwal to buy our first house in Canada. We worked with them several times before while we were on a look out for rental properties in Toronto and it has always been a great experience. Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal and Mr. Pankaj Bajaj are very reliable Real Estate Agents to work with specially in the difficult to navigate GTA real estate market. They are highly diligent and knowledgeable professionals with excellent negotiation skills. They spent enough time to understand all our housing needs. We also found them very patient who worked with us as long as we needed to in order to secure a house in the neighborhood of our interest.
