I'm happy to have the opportunity to express my thoughts regarding the Hamre team and particularly Greg Hamre. Greg has managed a few real estate transactions for me. I keep coming back because the service is consistent and outstanding. I truly see the value in the service that's provided. I find Greg goes the extra mile to understand the market, his client's objectives and expected outcomes. I recently downsized with Greg's assistance through every step of the process. His recommendations, attention to detail,negotiation skills and contacts made the transition as smooth as possible. I highly recommend the Hamre team.

<p><br /> I can't praise Greg and his team enough for the excellent job they did at selling my home in such a short time, at a great price, and in the middle of winter! Greg gave me excellent advice throughout the process, so that by the time my house went on the market it had been professionally staged, photographed and video'd. He ensured that my home received a lot of exposure in a very short time and for every day that the house was on the market, it received an average of two showings. I found the on line showing feedback tool very useful also. Team Hamre say that "We Know Ottawa" and that is absolutely true. I would very strongly recommend Greg and his team if you are buying or selling a home in Ottawa!</p>

Greg was SO helpful. His team really does Know Ottawa! Because he lives in the Cumberland area, his network of contractors was quite vast. Amazing. He know everyone. As a result, this saved us +++time when it came for the inspection and completing repairs on our current home for staging. Furthermore, his knowledge and passion for the area really came out in such a genuine manner. A very positive individual. I highly recommend Greg's and his team to any seller or buyer.

Greg talked to me for a while, got to know my interests, concerns and what I valued in a property. I’m still extremely happy with my decision to purchase a property in what I consider to be the best part of town, and am quite sure I’ll turn a profit when I go to sell down the road. Greg Hamre and his team, going back many years, and many homes, had listed/shown/sold homes in Orleans and Cumberland Estates and Cumberland as well. Always in a courteous and professional manner. How he lists, shows, and eventually, sells our various homes has been a delight to deal with. He is charming and professional and realistic in how he markets/sells our homes. I will only use the Hamre Team for any listings and recommend his team to our friends and business associates. Anyone we recommend, find the same experience.
