I could not be happier with Greg’s services and I am incredibly glad I chose to use his team. It was easy. I always felt like the sell of my house was a priority. He provided me with the comfort I needed in an otherwise stressful transaction. Everyone that visited the house or was interested was contacted directly by Greg who then provided me with feedback that made me feel that he was always engaged and eager to see the transaction through. He answered all my email and called me personal to discuss options every time we had feedback. I had an offer in 48 hours and closed in 30 days. His enthusiasm to sell my house allowed me to focus on other things and relax because I felt that the listing was in good hands and he will do what needs to be done every step of the way. We have had Greg Hamre as our agent 5 times and will again as the service level provided is absolutely the best. Prior to moving he provides up to date listings, informs you on market trends and ensures that the type of home you are looking for is what he is preparing for. On arrival he spends time with you to confirm what you are looking for and your areas of interest to live. After the sale Greg always comes by to see if you have any questions and if there is anything further you need. Due to moving frequently for work reasons, Greg is always prepared for our return and the relationship we have with him is easy, as he takes the time to get to know his clients there is no time wasted looking at homes that do not meet our needs and our within price range. You can never go wrong working with the Hamre team!

They are there for any concerns, they answer all your questions, very patient as it took us awhile to find the perfect home and the most pleasant realtors you will ever meet.
