The difference between Greg Hamre and other agents is they sell you a house and Greg will help you purchase the best home for you. House hunting with Greg includes information about the neighbourhood and stopping to experience local cuisine. Greg is always honest and upfront about what to expect and what is achievable when buying or selling. He is very responsive to his clients needs during and after the purchase or sale. He is a very polite and customer satisfaction oriented agent. Greg has helped us buy four homes and sell two homes which resulted in us being very satisfied with each experience. We have lived in many places in Canada including Halifax, Nova Scotia and Victoria, British Columbia and we have never had an agent that came close to the level of outstanding service provided by Greg. We have recommended him to many friends over the last 19 years and all have thanked us for the recommendation.

I could not be happier with Greg’s services and I am incredibly glad I chose to use his team. It was easy. I always felt like the sell of my house was a priority. On arrival he spends time with you to confirm what you are looking for and your areas of interest to live. After the sale Greg always comes by to see if you have any questions and if there is anything further you need. Due to moving frequently for work reasons, Greg is always prepared for our return and the relationship we have with him is easy, as he takes the time to get to know his clients there is no time wasted looking at homes that do not meet our needs and our within price range. You can never go wrong working with the Hamre team!
