He is flexible in terms of location for appointments to fill out forms and responds to text messages in a timely manner. I also like how his company provides brochures of the listed house. The option to digitally sign and initial documents also made it convenient for me as a stay at home mom; it was a quick process even though there were multiples of forms to fill out.
