I had worked with Graeme and Violet on a previous transaction and experienced nothing but prompt and knowledgeable service - unsurprisingly, I contacted them when it came time to upsize. While I had strict criteria on what I was looking for, I was always provided great insight into the market and ultimately found the right home for me. Sometimes you might not even know what you want but to be sure when you are working with a Realtor like Graeme or Violet, they will make sure your transaction is seamless on both the sell and buy side. Safe to say I am very content with my experience and will be recommending them to friends and family, in addition to utilizing their services moving forward.
