I have been involved with Graeme as my agent in multiple deals including buying my primary residence, both in as a buyer and seller. We dealt with buying and selling in Vancouver while I was doing my training in Montréal. Rest assured he does all the work, exceeds expectations in all aspects, and not only serves as an effective real estate agent but a devils advocate in the decisions surrounding each transaction. I will definitely be asking for more of Graeme’s help in the future.

We had the pleasure to work with Graeme while we were looking for a step up property in a desirable neighborhood for our family. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient with us. We only had to view one property with Graeme to know that was the one we wanted and with his negotiation skills was able to get us the property under asking price! He had set up a group chat with us and was always answering questions we had within a short time frame. He was always available when we needed him which made me wonder if he ever sleeps! Throughout the closing process he guided us and helped us as much as he could. Even after closing and keys were handed to us when a problem occurred in our new property he was still there to help and guide us even offering to pay for a service after we were moved in. He truly cares about his clients and their happiness. We would 100% only go to Graeme for all our real estate needs and recommend him to anyone we know.
