Would highly recommend Graeme. He guided my wife and I through our year long search for our next home. We were upgrading from an apartment and initially considering townhomes, duplexes, and detached homes, so a very broad range of homes each with its own distinct market conditions. He went and saw listings with us, provided his professional opinion on the homes, and outlined the pros and cons from our perspective factoring in what our short and long term outlook looked like. The high level of service never waivered as he patiently waited for us to narrow down our desired type of home, it was clear he always had our best interest in mind. Very happy with the service received, we’ve referred him to many friends and family.

My experience with Graeme and his team was very positive. His advice and insights really shows his experience. As someone who is in the industry myself, it was apparent that Graeme had extensive knowledge of the real estate market. His personal skills was also impressive. I felt he was always providing advice for my best interest. His response time and communication is the best I’ve had with any realtor. I would and did use him again.
