We worked with Diane, and she was amazing. Friendly, quick response times, thoughtful answers to questions, and she really took the time to get to know our family and what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area and familiarity with specific buildings really helped us in our search. We weren't sure where in the Okanagan we wanted to settle, and in spite of us having another realtor we were working with in the North Okanagan, Diane worked hard for us.

Working with the team as a buyer for our first home was a really great experience. I received a ton of support and got help all the way through the purchase process. Because Fox & Fox is a team, Phil helped us with making the offer, Diane showed us and Stephen helped us with input on the home inspection. Diane Fox is a fabulous realtor !!! We are new to Penticton and Diane helped us in so many ways. Loved working with Dian and Phil. They are both very knowageable of the area having been born and raised in the city. Dian was our primary agent with this sale and purchase but Phil helped us 17 years ago when we bought our first house in Penticton and was there to help this when Dian was busy working with other clients.
