Diane and Steve did a great job in clarifying what we wanted in a home in the Okanagan, and a ton of pre-work on buildings so we understood pet and age restrictions. As luck would have it, a half duplex came up in our price range. As viewings were only on one day, and we were out of town, Steve did a video walk thru with us and a friend of ours was also there. We felt well prepared for the process, thanks to Steve, and he kept in contact with us throughout. We are excited to be homeowners in Penticton and will definitely recommend Fox & Fox.

We worked with Diane, and she was amazing. Friendly, quick response times, thoughtful answers to questions, and she really took the time to get to know our family and what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area and familiarity with specific buildings really helped us in our search. We weren't sure where in the Okanagan we wanted to settle, and in spite of us having another realtor we were working with in the North Okanagan, Diane worked hard for us.

Stephen Fox was an absolute joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful with every aspect of the process, patient, and professional. He was honest and upfront about everything we had to deal with, which I really appreciated, and he gave me space to make decisions without being pushy or impatient or trying to rush me into making decisions. When push came to shove, Stephen was there every step of the way, guiding me and offering insights that I never would have had access to.
