Diane was an absolute pro. Despite the degrading conditions of the market she stayed on top of things and helped to push it through within in the timeframe I needed and at the price that I wanted. This was my second sale with her and I could not have been happier.

Absolutely amazing experience with Stephen with selling and buying another property. Stephen got me top dollar for my property and significantly more than what other agents suggested the value was. Diane and Steve did a great job in clarifying what we wanted in a home in the Okanagan, and a ton of pre-work on buildings so we understood pet and age restrictions. As luck would have it, a half duplex came up in our price range. As viewings were only on one day, and we were out of town, Steve did a video walk thru with us and a friend of ours was also there. We felt well prepared for the process, thanks to Steve, and he kept in contact with us throughout. We are excited to be homeowners in Penticton and will definitely recommend Fox & Fox.
