It took about 10 months of Phil showing us many properties, for us to settle on the right farm to purchase. The whole time Phil was professional, punctual, and a great guy. He was also very patient as my wife and I were very particular about the property we wanted. In the end we were very happy with the property Phil found for us, and through his negotiation skills we got it for a great price. We would highly recommend the Foxes when buying or selling.</p>
