<p> As for Dianne, she was great! Hands down! Number One realtor. She was professional, savvy, confident, there to help when needed, always positive, always upbeat. She was also realistic about the pricing of our home, and pretty much nailed at what price it would sell. Are we happy? You bet! Would we recommend her to others? Absolutely! Being a realtor is not as easy as it looks. Even though Dianne had a number of clients, she always made us feel that she was totally focussed on us. We appreciated that the business is family run, and she felt free to call us whenever something important came up. That speaks to her organization, her drive, and her confidence in her relationship with us as buyers/sellers. Both her father, Len, and her brother, Phil, also made positive contributions to the process of selling our home and buying another one. This is not the first relationship that we have had with the Fox family. About 12-15 years ago, we bought a condominium for investment purposes through them. There hasn't been a single year since that time that the family has forgotten to bring something to our home by way of a Christmas gift. Do they need to do it? No, they don't, but they do it anyway, and it says a lot about them.<br /> My wife and I feel that Dianne and her family have represented us incredibly well. When we would get a little despondent about the sale of our home, they would bolster our spirits, and, ultimately, they were remarkable guides in the process. Our thanks go out to all of them, but particularly to Dianne, who served us well in every respect.</p>

<p>Our realtor Diane Fox was incredibly knowledgeable about how to price and stage our home in order to sell it in a timely fashion. Our home was viewed by many people and sold quite quickly. Diane is very attuned to the real estate market in the South Okanagan. She was very helpful in showing us other properties and eventually in securing our dream home. I appreciate all the good advice she gave us about market trends and what to look for in homes that were in our price range. The home inspector that she lined up to go through the house that we bought, was first rate and thorough.</p>
