We can’t say enough about our amazing experience buying our first home with Dylan. From helping us navigate the buying process, to referring us to all of the best contacts throughout, we were able to count on him no matter what. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even sending us information on additional research he did on the house for us. He was very personable and made it feel like we were buying a home from a friend or family that we could trust. Highly recommend!

We were in the market for a cottage, and Dylan was a wonderful agent. Always available to visit cottages that were on our wish list. Extremely knowledgeable about everything related to this type of real estate. Always prompt responding to e-mails or texts. Beyond being a very good agent, a genuinely nice guy. Without any doubt, Dylan will be our agent the next time we are looking to buy or sell a property.

Dylan is by far the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. At the stage I dealt with Dylan for my sixth real estate transaction and not only was he professional but he delivered on every promise he made. To me that was the most important. Communication was also great which was a stellar bonus.

My wife and I decided to move from Saskatoon to Ottawa. We initially contacted a realtor, which was nice but not very proactive. We spent a couple of months getting ads of rental houses that were not optimal (either too expensive or too old). Then we found Dylan. Immediately after contact him, he ser a meeting with all the team. All of them are fantastic, and unlike other teams, in this group, every member has complementary skills. After a couple of meetings and having heard our need, the team recommended us to buy a house (as opposed to renting). Then we started to focus more on the search, and we finally found a couple of candidates. One aspect to notice is that in this market, you have to act fast, and this is when Dylan and his team make a difference. As soon as we got interested in a house, Dylan went to the house and set video calls to show it to us. The we finally made an offer for one, and again, Dylan was super quick and efficient. It is amazing how all this process worked as smooth as it can be, without even being there. Dylan went above and beyond. And probably here, I should switch to present tense, because he is still supporting us. The house requires minor fixes (painting, fence, etc). He has managed to coordinate all these operations by contacting different contractors. We are fortunate that we found Dylan
