Honestly, one of the best and most well rounded agent I've ever met. Knows how to properly list your home and has a great understand on what your place needs and doesn't need to make the listing grab that much attention. He works late and will break his back to get you what you need from the very beginning to the end. He helped me sell my place 50% over asking and is currently the highest sold unit in the neighbourhood.
