He has an excellent grasp on the property market identifying a variety of different options and locations. His background in engineering also made him extremely attentive to analysing structures and overall property conditions, only recommending the best. Dylan was unconditionally available and patient to accommodate ever concern and guide me through the process. My wife and I were very pleased with Dylan’s ability to guide us through the process of selling our home. He has shown a strong ability to listen and respond quickly, accurately, and easily. Often offering clarity when complexities seemed too overwhelming. He went above and beyond, taking the time to meet with us in several outlying communities in the search for our new home. As soon as we asked questions he explained options and possibilities and advised on them accordingly. All the while displaying a wealth of knowledge, flexibility, certainty, and very supportive attitude. Very professional. Dylan a été simplement excellent ! Il a écouté nos souhaits, et nous a présenté des supers maisons. Il était très présent, nous répondait dans la minute à nos messages/appels à chaque fois qu’on avait des questions. Il connaissait son sujet, il savait nous avertir si on passait à côtés de choses importantes, et il était très patient. Bref, il n’y a que du bien à dire de Dylan, et je le recommande fortement !
